TOTE TANKS 

This tote tank is of 1200 Litre Cap.
Constructed of 5 mm steel plate with rolled formed lid.
Internal is fitted a follower to keep the sides clean and to stop buildup of Product
They are based on approx a 1.2 x 1.2m
Steel base and are designed for fork lift use
Weight approx  600 kg Empty

INK MEASUREMENT & CONTROL

CONTROL VALVE
Automatic, air operated, spool type ink valve incorporating micro-lapped matching spool and body for control on ink feed to spreader bar

INK METER ASSEMBLY
Used to register ink consumption inline before press.
This unique arrangement provides accurate and repeatable ink consumption measurement across a broad range of ink types and viscosities and includes an inline filter giving telltale indication to operator to advise when a filter screen needs changing
